The Gran Via Terrace Apartment is located right in the center of Madrid close to the Gran Via, the most famous street in the city known as the Broadway of Madrid which offers cinemas, theatres, shopping and everything you could want in the big city.
The Gran Via Terrace is a ten minute walk from the most important points of interest such as the Prado Museum, the Fountain of Cibeles, the Puerta del Sol and dozens of other points of interest for any vistor.
The apartment:
This charming attic duplex has an absolutely marvelous interior terrace giving it great privacy and views of the Gran Via rooftops and the buildings of the city center. Here you can enjoy the sunsets that have made Madrid´s sky infamous.
The well distributed Gran Vía Terrace Apartment sleeps 6 comfortably. There are 3 double beds, one of them being sofa bed. The sofa bed is located on the first floor along with the living room and the small, but well equipped kitchen. The other two beds are on the second floor. One double bed is located in an independent bedroom with complete privacy, a spacious built-in closet and windows looking out to the terrace. The third sleeping area is in a Moroccan-style chill out area with a comfortable double bed as well. This area has a low sloping ceiling with beautiful wooden beams and is separated by a folding screen giving it privacy. There is also a bathroom with a shower.
The decoration, definitely worth mentioning, has been carefully chosen with the latest in design in order to create a warm and cozy atmosphere using wooden materials and light pastel tones.
