A fantastic apartment located in the most beautiful area of Madrid, walking distance from Royal Palace and the Plaza de Oriente, and just behind the Royal theatre, the Opera.
The apartment:
This is an apartment of high quality, in a historical building, it is very spacious, has wooden floors, high ceilings, columns and large windows which make it very bright and luminous.
Four bedrooms able to accomodate seven people. Three bedrooms are double, all very similar, spacious and with built in wardrobes. The beds are made of wrought-iron in two of the exterior bedrooms, crowned by two bedside tables along with their lamps. The fourth bedroom is interior with a built in wardrobe, there is also a working desk and a single 90cm bed.
In this centric and spacious apartment there are two bathrooms recently and very elegantly refurbished, both with quality showers, two washbasins and heated towel racks.
The kitchen is very large, all in white, floors and furniture included and respecting their original yellow glass. Fully furnished with all you need, including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
The living room is really large with high ceilings and divided in two separate spaces well differentiated making it very comfortable. There are two big columns marking the boundaries between living and dining room. The living room has two big and very comfy sofas of great quality surrounding a big and stylish wooden table. Also very stylish are the wall paintings and a beautiful antique chair.
The dining room, also very spacious, has an elegant black lacquer wooden table, same color as the leather chairs.
