Traditional  Castilian cooking since the Sixties, Casa Ciriaco, accommodates known people from arts, politics, bullfighting and even the royal family. The specialty is a menu dedicated each day to a dish: favada (beans), el cocido completo every Tuesday (stew),  partridge or the specialty of the house: la pepitoria of gallina.

One of our preferred restaurants of this kind in Madrid!
