Midnight Rose is the restaurant of the hotel ME Madrid Reina Victoria (The hotel of the bullfighters). One does not speak about it too much and it is a too bad because Midnight Rose is the occasion to discover a new kind of cuisine: The Nikkei!
Nikkei is a fusion cuisine between Japanese and Peruvian culinary traditions. The place is very hype and to tell the truth, yes this cuisine is famous!
We loved Nikkei style Salmon, marinated monkfish and red mullet in a sepia soup.

I had "Arroz Negro con Ali Oli de Manzana, Chipiron y Moluscos" and Rape con Envoltini de Verduritas Crujiente something. delicious!
