Recently elected, Best new restaurant in Madrid by the New York Times, Citra is held by the young Venezuelan chef Elias Murciano disciple of Alain Ducasse.
A nouvelle cuisine, Mediterranean' version which seems to really be enjoyed by locals...We find the decoration a little sad.
