El Txoko tapas restaurant in Madrid
El Txoko is a wonderful tapas bar and restaurant to discover astonishing Basque food. We liked about everything we tried: baked onions stuffed with fresh goat's cheese and Jabugo, blood pudding served with baked apple, anchovies coated in virgin olive oil and Txacolí (a basque white wine), cod soufflé, and much more. You can have a dinner for 20 euros!! Just great!!
Small place... Always crowded...
